Legal requirements: Information on the used license for design, hardware, software and documentation.

An open source hardware project needs the correct licenses for each parts of the documentation. Different licenses can be used for design, hardware, software and documentation. The licenses need to be at least OSHWA compliant: https://www.oshwa.org/definition/.

For the assessment please follow the criteria stated in the TsDC-print. In this review we use an adjusted version of the TsDC, which are submitted in a merge request:

• Adjusted TsDC-print, (Reference: Original TsDC-print)
• current merge request with discussion

If the project is already OSHWA certified this verification is obsolete.
