fix: scroll up Button

Auto-Scroll up (fix: link)

• in file /user/themes/landio/templates/partials/footer.html.twig line 48 I outcommented the link, because it didnt work. Upon clicking it should scroll back up. the JS file /user/themes/landio/js/landio.js should do that, but it doesnt for some reason. Here https://tatygrassini.github.io/landio-html/index-carousel.html is an original version of the theme, where it works
