collapsible headings for FAQ (feat: collapsible markdown heading)

I think the code provided here https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/components/collapse/#accordion-example will work well (will need some styling of course). Probably it's a good idead to code it in a way that the FAQ questions/titles (e.g. "Collapsible Group Item #1 (closed)" in the example) and the answer / longer text are both coded in the frontmatter of /user/pages/03.faq/faq.md (or somewhere similar) as JSON code and to make a twig template that loops through that
