Profile pages: provide helpful comments in the automatically created .md files

when a new OpenEcoLab is found by the script, a page incl. lab.md is created, in order to create a profile page on the website.

In this file we should put automatically some comments to explain the fields for contributors who are potentially not so deep in the code.
