Gitlab Modifications

Some modifications of the Gitlab platform would be nice:

• Fix Wiki reactivation issue (#24 (closed))
• Add icons to all relevant groups and projects
• Edit the Welcome Page
  • Description Text: What is the platform about? How to Login?
• Create Issue templates (Examples: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/tree/master/.gitlab/issue_templates)
  • Bug Report
  • Feature Proposal
  • Enhancements
  • Documentation Change
• Update documentation of Ticket System (this issue tracker)
• Write a documentation on how to maintain the Ticket System
• Enable Features?
