Missing points DIN SPEC

In addition to #23 it is helpful to address the following upgrades to the DIN SPEC:

• Toolchain: Software and Hardware needed to rebuild/study the project/technology
• Structure: Some overview of the documentation file/directory structure (also external sources/references etc.)
• Material: In order to move towards circular economy it might help to also give source material information etc. (needs further discussion)
• Skills & Services: what skills and Services are needed to fully understand/reproduce the technology?
• What Knowledge Exchange/Support is there/where to find it (Forum, Chat e.g)
• Differ by status: R&D product vs. pilot production vs. serial production
• Rebuilt count (at least 1 is required)
• (optional) Productions Process information
• (optional) Mission (Why? Motivation for Community building)
