To make the frame, you´ll need to assemble the tubes and weld them. You can use the real size plans as a reference.

You´ll need these tubes:

  • Head tube: Choose the diameter according to the fork and headset to be used. Lenght: 130mm.
  • Top tubes (2): Diameter: 19mm. Lenght: 1040mm.
  • Seat tubes (2): Diameter: 28mm. Lenghts: 260mm / 290mm.
  • Down tube: Diameter: 38mm. Lenght: 450mm.
  • Bottom bracket: Diameter: 42/56mm (according to the bottom bracket to be used). Lenght: 68mm.
  • Bottom bracket to chainstays: Diameter: 38mm. Lenght: 220mm.
  • Chainstays (2): Diameter: 19mm. Lenght: 350mm.

For the 20" version:

  • Fork steerer: Diameter: 28mm. Final lenght: 330mm (we welded a tube to a BMX fork).
  • Fork outer spacer tube: Diameter: 32mm. Lenght: 180mm.
