To make the frame, you´ll need to assemble the tubes and weld them. You can use the real size plans as a reference.
You´ll need these tubes:
- Head tube: Choose the diameter according to the fork and headset to be used. Lenght: 130mm.
- Top tubes (2): Diameter: 19mm. Lenght: 1040mm.
- Seat tubes (2): Diameter: 28mm. Lenghts: 260mm / 290mm.
- Down tube: Diameter: 38mm. Lenght: 450mm.
- Bottom bracket: Diameter: 42/56mm (according to the bottom bracket to be used). Lenght: 68mm.
- Bottom bracket to chainstays: Diameter: 38mm. Lenght: 220mm.
- Chainstays (2): Diameter: 19mm. Lenght: 350mm.
