    ci: Integrate KiBot checks for KiCad design validation · e74d880f

    Added a KiBot workflow to automatically validate KiCad schematics and PCB designs on push and pull request. This ensures design consistency and error checking.
Updated .gitignore to exclude kibot outputs.
Also, added the KiBot configuration file to define specific checks and filters, where all occurred errors are treated as warnings, providing visibility for later fixing.
